If someone thinks the recent links and articles are not sufficient to resolve Yes, speak up and share why. This looks like a 'special release' or something to me and I'm inclined to resolve Yes sooner rather than later, but I can't know exactly what the creator thought was a release.
@Eliza I think the fact that the music was released to and is listenable by the general public is enough to criteria to resolve to YES. Clearly Kanye West intended the song to be heard (i.e., this was not a leak). He did so by releasing it to publicly broadcast radio stations and the song is now able to be listened to on official music/entertainment media sites.
The only possible reason against resolving YES is that the song is not yet available to stream on official Kanye West-affiliated accounts, such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. However, I believe my reasoning above more than makes up for this.
