Will resolve YES if, by my judgment of a quick (~5 minute or less) scan of Google News articles for the search term “ super bowl halftime show” on the morning following (Monday, February 14th) around 8:15am ET, the mainstream consensus is that the show clearly went more well than not. If there is not a clear consensus that it went well or a clear consensus it did not go well, this market will resolve to NO.
