Where A=432 means being tuned in a way the A above middle C has the same pitch as a 432 Hz sine wave.

You can probably suppose the music being in 12 equal divisions of an octave (12edo) or sufficiently close to that, as I’m not sure proponents of A=432 do consider all other music or are even aware that 12edo is a choice.
