Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the price of Hyperliquid (HYPE) reaches or exceeds $40.00 USD at any point during October 14, 2025, as reported by CoinGecko. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The intra-day high price on CoinGecko for HYPE/USD will be the determining factor.
