Market resolves to yes if and only if he seriously dates somebody who identifies as a girl, starting within 2 weeks of RSI starting and ending (i.e. can start up to 2 weeks before RSI begins, or up to 2 weeks after RSI ends). The person he dates must be in the Boston/Cambridge area in the month of July, but does not have to attend RSI.

Friend in question is a straight male. He says that he has never been in a relationship or a talking phase. He does, however, talk to women. He estimates roughly 40% of his conversations are with women.

His last conversation with a woman was undoubtedly the most catastrophic fumble of all time.
