Each match in this league uses the tournament’s special rule: if a match is tied after regulation time, there is no extra time — the game is decided by a penalty shootout. The penalty-shootout winner earns 2 points and the loser earns 1 point.

This market resolves on the final match winner (including PK outcomes). In other words, a “Yes” answer means the home team wins (either in regulation or via PK); a “No” answer means the home team does not win (the away team wins, including by PK).
