Update: We're still chatting every day. She is now planning to visit before Feb, and she has purchased new tickets and received ESTA approval (visa waiver). The Feb tickets are apparently non-refundable, though.
@kaleidofunk The market will not resolve until either the previously scheduled Feb visit, or verbal confirmation that the Feb visit was cancelled. If she visits early, that will have no bearing on this market, except that it may dramatically change the underlying probabilities.
