-Also resolves YES if the admin or treasury department revokes access to DOGE to preclude a ruling.
-Will not resolve YES if, for example, DOGE is renamed or relocated within another department but all else is unchanged.
-Needs to happen by the end of May!! (Resolution date). If it happens after or if legislation is pending or whatever, I don’t care for the purposes of this question.
-I will not bet in this market. Feel free to ask for clarifications.
