Manifold recently added a minimum bet size of one sweepcoin, and I am not very happy with this change. That's like having a minimum 100M trade floor, and it makes it harder for smaller traders to get involved in many markets. In addition, it forces people to do stuff like this:

Resolves YES if at some point this year it is possible to make bets smaller than one sweepcoin. Resolves NO on Jan 1, 2025 if this hasn't happened by then.
