I'm going on a 11-day tour to Argentina with my choir. Last year, the tour took place in France, and around 20 of the 33 people on tour got COVID at some point because of it. Obviously you had to leave the tour and quarantine if you got COVID, but testing wasn't required after the first person tested positive, and there were so many opportunities for it to spread around. It's unlikely that we got it from someone in France; one person in the choir was sitting next to someone who was coughing really aggressively on the plane and that's probably how it started.
This year, things are being handled better in terms of COVID testing (we will be required to test periodically), but the rules regarding masking are looser and it is only required on planes and long bus rides between cities.
