Jump is building a new Solana validator called Firedancer with a focus on getting maximum performance from the hardware it's run on. It's targeting a Q4 2024 release.

Will it gain 10% or more of stake weight on mainnet by 2025-03-31?

I will also count it if a "Frankenstein" / Frankendancer implementation with some Solana Labs code in there gains more than 10%.
