This resolves YES if the Tomatometer score is >30%, one week after release (August 16th).

I will use whatever precision is listed by Rotten Tomatoes (typically an integer percentage, no decimal), and this is a strict inequality (exactly 30% resolves NO).
For example, the earlier video game adaptation "Assassin's Creed" (2016) currently has a Tomatometer of 18%. This is the equivalent score I will use.
