(This market is necessarily a bit subjective, so please read the full description before placing any predictions.)
Each year, EDO ranks the efficacy of Super Bowl ads (using their "engagement index"). This usually generates a round of press for which commercials "won" the Super Bowl.
This market will resolve YES if any car commercial has a higher ranking than all beer commercials for Super Bow LVIII, according to EDO.
2023 EDO ranking: https://topads.edo.com/resources/superbowl-lvii/
The highest ranked beer commercial is Blue Moon at #6 (followed by Bud Light at #11).
The highest ranked car commercial (that I see) is Jeep, all the way down at #26.
Thus, there is no car commercial that ranks higher than the commercials of any beer company.
BEER WINS
2022 EDO ranking: https://web.archive.org/web/20220423072227/https://www.edo.com/insights/superbowl_lvi/
Cars dominate the top 10—Polestar at #1, Kia at #4, Nissan at #6, and Toyota at #8.
The highest ranked beer commercial is Michelob Ultra, at #26.
CARS WIN

Caveats:
This market assumes that (1) EDO ranks the efficacy of the ads at Super Bowl LVIII, and (2) I am able to see the ranking.
This should be a safe assumption—they're already hyping up their ranking on their website. And even if the full ranking isn't made public, if it's reported on by other outlets (and I can tell which company had the highest ranked ad), I can resolve this.
But, if EDO does not release a ranking or I am otherwise unable to determine the winner, I plan to resolve this market N/A (once it's clear we'll never get a clear answer).
Last year EDO called this the "engagement index" but I won't be picky about the name—whatever EDO uses to rank the efficacy of ads will count.
If there are any aspects of resolution that are unclear, please ask! I'd be happy to revise and improve the question.
