Resolves YES if Taylor Swift is confirmed by a consensus of credible reporting to be in attendance at any Kamala Harris rally (or any other public official campaign event) in Pennsylvania on Monday, November 4th. Resolves NO otherwise.
She has to be physically present (virtual appearance does not count)—given that, attendance in any capacity counts.
