Resolves YES if there is a consensus of credible reporting that he is no longer serving in the role as AI Czar before EOY 2025. NO otherwise.
AFAIK, "AI Czar" is not a formal position, and thus I will rely on a consensus of credible reporting for whether or not he still holds this position.
