Resolves based on a FairlyRandom call which will be done at a random time within the last 4 hours before market close. The time in question will be generated by a google RNG between 1 and 14400, and I will call FairlyRandom as close to that number of seconds before close as I can. I will not bet on this market for obvious reasons.
