In order to remove subjectivity from the resolution criteria of this market, I will define "somewhat competent" as posting a Total QBR rating better than the worst 25% of single game Total QBR ratings from the 2025 regular season.
Worst 25% of Total QBR ratings from the 2025 regular season is 30.45 so any performance at or above this will resolve this market as "YES".
