Based on the "Cases by date reported" chart on

For example, 8/5 would resolve to yes if and only if there are at least 4 consecutive bars on the chart for dates between 7/1 and 8/5, inclusive, with cases strictly less than 50.

If the chart stops being updated or changes granularity or no longer shows daily cases reported before an option date, and the Yes criterion has not yet been met, that date will resolve to N/A.
