Bethesda is doing a livestream on October 23rd for Fallout Day and many are speculating what they could be announcing. Fallout 76 content must be either an expansion, DLC, or some kind of new quests. CAMP items and cosmetics alone will not be enough to resolve YES. The Burning Springs expansion and inclusion of The Ghoul would also not resolve YES because they have already been announced.
