If Pekora has more days in March in which her channel had the highest peak CCV on a livestream for the day than any other vtuber channel, this market will resolve to YES. If any other channel has the same number or more days than her, then it will resolve to NO.
Vstats (https://www.vstats.jp/) will be used to determine daily highest peak CCV.
E.g. for Feb 2023 the numbers were:
5 days: Pekora
4 days: Marine
2 days: Mio, Okayu, Toya
1 day: Many others
