YES

In the election to be on the Nominating Committee, there is a protest candidate running by petition, who claims that there is a rising illiberalism and authoritarianism in the UUA.

He is competing with 4 nominated candidates (4 candidates endorsed by the Nominating Committee) for 4 open positions.

Resolves to yes if the protest candidate gets at least 8% as many votes as the candidate with the most votes (each voter can vote for up to 4 candidates).

For example, if the 4 nominated candidates get 1000 votes, 990 votes, 970 votes and 950 votes, the protest candidate needs at least 80 votes (8% of 1000) for the market to resolve to yes. Otherwise the market resolves to no.
