At this point, there's a well-established trend of the visual novels written by Nasu Kinoko receiving English translations; over the last few years we've had the announcement and release of Mahoyo / Witch on the Holy Night in English, and the announcement of the Tsukihime remake and Fate/stay night in English. But thus far we haven't had any similar announcements of planned translations for Nasu's non-visual novels. This leaves an open question regarding how likely it is that Kara no Kyoukai will get the same translation treatment as the rest of the main-line Nasuverse stories.
(There was, once, a brief attempt at an official Kara no Kyoukai translation, back in the late 2000s. It didn't get much of anywhere before the company behind it crumpled, but perhaps it's meaningful as evidence regarding Type-Moon's willingness to license novel-translation-attempts.)
Market will resolve Yes if there's a formal announcement of a new Kara no Kyoukai novel translation before 2026. It will resolve No otherwise, including in the presence of e.g. rumors or leaks if those rumors-or-leaks aren't backed up by a formal announcement.
