There have been two official Sin and Punishment games: The first, Sin and Punishment (2000), and Sin and Punishment: Star Successor in 2009.
If a new, official Sin and Punishment game, with "Sin and Punishment" in the title (or at the very least 罪と罰(tsumi to batsu) in the Japanese title), either published by Nintendo and/or developed by Nintendo and/or Treasure, is released before 1st January, 2030, in any timezone, this question will resolve YES. Otherwise NO.
Ports/remakes/remasters will not count for the purposes of this market.
