The Port Authority of NY & NJ had unfunded plans to extend PATH to Newark Airport https://www.panynj.gov/path/en/modernizing-path/extension-project.html, but recent updates indicate the project has been deferred in favor of the EWR Station Access Project. This market resolves YES if a PATH station at Newark Liberty International Airport opens and begins regular passenger service by January 1, 2035, i.e. if a new station is named Newark Airport or it is clearly designed to serve airport passengers. (The existing Newark station does not count.) If PATH no longer exists for whatever reason but there is a clear successor, I will use that for resolution. I will not bet on this market.
