This market resolves YES if both of the following are true before 9/1/22:
At the Walmart near me in Lincoln NE, there are no purchase limits on any kind of baby formula.
At the Walmart near me in Lincoln NE, there are >20 cans of powdered baby formula marked as suitable for newborns available for purchase.

I will check each time I go grocery shopping, approximately once a week.
