### 🌐 OFFICIAL RESOLVING SOURCES

To ensure objectivity and independent reconciliation, the final result will be based on the average or consensus data from **3 leading time/astronomy websites worldwide**:

1. **TimeAndDate** (Priority 1):

### ⚖️ DETERMINATION ALGORITHM RESULTS

1. **Consistency between sources:**

- When the data for the prediction date is officially updated, the Creator will compare the Sunset Time (UTC) listed on the three websites.

- If all three websites (or at least 2/3 websites) provide **the same UTC minute**, that result will be selected to determine YES for the corresponding Option.

2. **Data discrepancies (Inconsistencies between sources):**

- If all three websites provide three different time points (e.g., 10:58 UTC, 10:59 UTC, 11:00 UTC), the determination will be based on the source with **Priority 1 (TimeAndDate)**.

3. **Minute Calculation Standard:**

- Data displayed in seconds will be rounded down if < 30s and rounded up if >= 30s (Example: 10:59:35 UTC -> Rounded to 11:00 UTC).

4. **Time Zone Format:**

- Vietnam time is ICT (UTC+7). All results recorded in ICT time will have 7 hours subtracted to convert to UTC before the Market is finalized.
