Resolves YES if there is a GWWC, or successor organisation hosting the same donor lottery (ie the infra and lottery history are handed off) donor lottery with a draw date after August 6th 2026 and before the end of February 2027. This resolves by when the lottery is drawn, not opened, closed or locked, in UTC.
