President of the Andalusian branch of the People's Party Juanma Moreno met with a cow in the 2018 and 2022 elections as part of his campaign. In 2018 he asked the cow for its vote. After winning that election, he visited the same cow in 2022 for good luck. There's no set date yet for the 2026 Andalusian regional election, but it's expected to take place after Easter and no later than June 30th.

This market resolves YES even if the cow he meets with is not the same as the previous times. Resolves NO if no meeting with a cow takes place. It doesn't count if he meets with a cow outside of his political campaign.
