I'm inconsistent when it comes to meditation. Sometimes I'll meditate for a week straight, often I meditate every other day, and once in a while I don't meditate for weeks. My streak record is 16 days.

I'll buy Ṁ20 YES daily in July to keep me motivated. This market will resolve after July is over even if I miss a day (which makes this market resolve NO) since I'll keep buying YES as a punishment.

Good experiment. For the first couple weeks my motivation was not wanting to lose mana on this question, but I think the habit has stuck by now. I think I'll be using this kind of motivation market in the future.

I'm meditating at random times and had a few close calls where I almost forgot to, but I'm on the right track otherwise.
