Squiggle is a domain-specific programming language for making probabilistic estimations.
In principle, it would be possible to bind a probability distribution in Squiggle to a prediction market on Manifold.
The Squiggle announcement post on the EA forums (https://forum.effectivealtruism.org/posts/TfPdb2aMKzgWXFvc3/squiggle-early-access) mentions this possibility:
