This market will resolve yes if Circle agrees tentatively to accept an acquisition offer from Ripple. Their agreement does not have to be binding. The agreement can be conditional on any external factors, including court cases. Any agreement to merge or join the two companies will resolve yes. Any acquisition does not need to be consummated by the deadline.
