I'm the kind of person who people occasionally spontaneously offer drugs to, depending on the context. Not frequently, but also not rarely. What kind of context is a friendly semi-professional conference in the Bay Area?
For the purposes of this question, only illicit drugs count, such as:
prescription medication that I am not prescribed
recreational drugs
And, as the event is in California and I am of drinking and smoking age, the following do not count:
ethanol, nicotine, thc, cbd, caffeine
over-the-counter medication (e.g. ibuprofen)
prescription medication that I am prescribed
Sugar and other chemicals which have physiological effects but are not in recreational or therapeutic forms don't count in any case. i.e., a cookie does not count.
Only sincere unsolicited offers that happen at the conference or directly related social circumstances qualify. So, the following circumstances don't count:
nonconsensual dosing
if I asked for it
unserious offers
offers that I suspect are efforts to manipulate this market (qualifies as "solicited")
I am intending to attend Manifest. If I don't, this resolves N/A. Otherwise, resolves to the number of different people who do so.
