Resolves "Yes" if there is any single game of the 2026 men's March Madness tournament that meets ALL of the following criteria:

1. An underdog team (by seed) wins. (A 16 beats a 1, a 5 beats a 4, etc.)

2. Any single player of said underdog team scores 30+ points

These criteria must all be met in the same game but can occur in any round.
