I am rotund. Quite rotund indeed. But, I would like to be healthy. The question is simple: Will I weight more or less than 200 lbs on the first day of the new year? The question will resolve on January 1st, 2025. If I weigh more than 200 lbs I will resolve NO. If I weigh less than 200 lbs I will resolve YES.

Squat, bench press, overhead press, curls, and dumbbell rows. I’m open to lifting program recommendations. I’ve done Stronglifts 5x5 in the past, but right now I’m just doing lifts I enjoy. I mostly just want to try to maintain lean muscle mass while in a deficit so I don’t come out of this looking like a stick figure.
@Stedward are you betting in this market? Let us naysayers pay you to do it! I’ll come back and bet what I can periodically. You’ve set an ambitious goal and I think it’s not likely to pan out, but I want to see you do it!
