This market resolves to YES if, at the exact time of market close, the number of unique traders holding non-zero NO shares is strictly greater than the number of unique traders holding non-zero YES shares. Otherwise, it resolves to NO.

• Snapshot: The unique holder count displayed on the market page at close will be used.

• Ties: If the count is equal, it resolves to NO.

• Cancellation: In the event of platform glitches or unresolvable snapshot disputes, the market will resolve N/A.
