I'm not going to jinx anything by resolving yet, but things are looking good for @MikeChenSF! I believe about 50% of ballots are counted.

Mike was just at /Austin/taco-tuesday-220-sf-politics-editio -- unfortunately there aren't any polls for this race, but it means I would really really love good forecasts on this question
