A dip below 88% or rise above, between now & market close time would not matter, I would still wait until 11:59pm ET Friday September 1st 2023 and use the score that RT give at the time given for resolution.

It can go up or down between Market creation date and Market close, but if it maintains the 88% or higher when it is time to resolve: this resolves YES, if it is below 88% at the time specified for resolution , than I will be resolving NO.
