HashiCorp source code (e.g. terraform) was MPL licensed until a few days ago when it was changed to BPL. There has been significant community backlash along with a petition to change the license (specifically for terraform) back to MPL.

This question resolves no even if the license is changed from BPL to something other than MPL.
