This question is essentially one about retention.

Resolves YES if @ShitakiIntaki is still active on the platform this market is on in 2025, Resolves NO if there is no activity from @ShitakiIntaki in calendar year 2025 on said platform. For obvious reasons if this needs to resolve NO, we will need an admin or trustworthy-ish person to do so.
