This market does not Resolve N/A.
Resolves YES if 20 or more states use a rank choice vote for state and/or federal general elections, otherwise Resolves NO.
"Rank choice voting" for the purposes of this market means that the electorate can identify an order of preference on their ballot, i.e. I vote for Canidate X, however if Canidate X is no longer in the running then I vote for Canidate Y, and so on. To count as rank choice voting the ballot must allow you to identify more than exclusively one canidate.
Use of a rank choice vote for city and/or county elections will not count, nor will using a rank choice vote for party specific primary elections/nominations.
