This market resolves to YES if the White House officially issues a "Major Disaster Declaration" (as defined by FEMA) for any US State or Territory specifically citing "Severe Storms," "Tornadoes," or "Flooding" occurring in the month of March 2026.
It resolves to NO if no such declaration is made by 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026.
