Resolves "No" if this does not happen by Jan 1st, 2030. Part of a large question series.

Question is global -- prison time in any country can count.

The imprisonment can be for any type of crime.

Being detained for a little while does not count, it must be a prison term.

Note that Delo pled guilty to breaking United States Bank Secrecy Act violations, and received a 30 month probation sentence and £10m fine. This would not count.
