Folarin Balugan, a player in the USA national soccer team, received a red card in the match against Bosnia and Herzegovina in the world cup round of 32. FIFA announced the usual 1 game suspension that followes a red card was lifted.
This decision is met with great discontent by the European football association, the association of their next opponent Belgium (RBFA), and some other national bodies. The RBFA told the press they where going to use all legal means in their disposal to reverse this decision.
This poll resolves to yes in the following cases:
1) If Balogun is not fielded in the upcomming match, either by decision of the USA national team or by reversal of the decision in advance.
2) If the decision is deemed to be invalid after the fact, resulting in measures like post match forfait, financial compensation to the RBFA, or similar.
The poll resolves to no if none of those things happened before 11/07 and no active appeal or procedure is still ongoing by then.
