I do seem to be "working harder" on my personal projects that I want to do, but I could have just had a 3 day long ADHD hyperfocus episode that just so happened to coincide with me switching from 1000mg of l-glutamine 3 times a day to 300mg of phosphatidylserine every day...
The question is, will this apparent higher productivity transfer over to my actual job, where I fully intend to work harder and longer, but my ADHD has been holding me back?
Context: I am eating a lot of potatoes as part of the half-potato diet community trial. This seemed to interfere with my ADHD medication and the l-glutamine, which had previously been supporting my productivity.
