This market will resolve Yes if there are credible (as determined by either myself or the friendly neighborhood cabal of moderators) reports of interesting (e.g. PII, passkeys stored on the device, etc) data being sent off the device to someone affiliated with Flipper Devices Inc or a government (currently, Flipper Zero), in a shady fashion.

To count, it has to happen without the owner of the device intending for it to have happened.

If Flipper Devices Inc. or the current owners of said company releases another model or device that is marketed similarly, it will count for the purposes of this market.
