Resolves to YES if

1. snow is falling OR

2. fresh (less than 24h old) snow is on the ground OR

3. more than 70% of the ground in green areas like parks and gardes are covered in snow

in Berlin on 25 December 2023. I will resolve this by asking 3 people in Berlin on that day. Addendum: If any of them sees one of the above criteria fulfilled, I resolve as YES. Otherwise NO.

This question closes already on 22 December, but I'll resolve it on the 26th (or at least before end of year).
