As of 1/1/25 there is a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction against enforcement
The Supreme Court of the US has ruled the law facially unconstitutional
The law is declared unconstitutional under the TN state constitution by the highest court of TN.
This resolves NA if the law is repealed as of 1/1/25.
