Resolves YES as soon as any paid subscription is publicly available, or NO if no subscription is available by the end of May 2024. The chatbot does not have to be developed by Google, as long as the subscriptions are marketed and sold by them. If there are multiple tiers of access, resolves YES as long as at least one of them requires a paid subscription.
Feb 8 EDIT:
This resolves as YES if 1) it is possible to sign up for a chatbot subscription, 2) that requires payment information at the time of signup, 3) and has a fixed-length trial period (even if the period extends past April 1st).

@RachelFreedman what if access to a chatbot is possible with a bundled subscribtion? For example google workspace subscribtion that might include additional access to a chatbot
@SKy I'll count that as a yes (if it satisfies the above conditions). It needs to be a program that's solely a chatbot, though (not e.g. a chatbot assistant incorporated into google docs).
