Market will resolve YES to the first month where at least one credit card in the Chase Sapphire line of credit cards (like the Preferred or Reserve) gets a publically available, non-targeted elevated welcome offer for greater than 60,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards (CUR) points for hitting some level of minimum spend requirement.
In general, anything that sweetens the deal counts. If the welcome offer awards exactly 60,000 CUR points, it will be considered an elevated welcome offer if it additionally includes a point-matching bonus on spending and/or introduces a heightened point rate in at least one non-typical spend category
This market considers when the elevated welcome offer can be achieved, not necessarily on announcement day.
An elevated welcome offer must be strictly better than the standard welcome offer to count. If a welcome offer removes the 60,000 CUR bonus in exchange for some other heightened form of point acquisition like points matching or heightened rewards categories, it will not be considered an elevated welcome offer, and this market will continue.
All other months an elevated welcome offer is not publically offered resolve NO.
Feel free to ask about corner cases in the comments. If an elevated welcome offer is announced, feel free to post a link in the comments to grab my attention to resolve.
