Resolves to whoever is generally accepted as the winner of Fishtank season 4. In the event of multiple winners I will resolve to all winners equally. No winners resolves N/A. I will add more contestants as they are added to the show (such as Seth who arrived late but appears to be eligible for the grand prize).
